Cancellation policy
Please note that a Non-Attendance Fee of $65 is payable if a patient does not attend their doctors appointment or if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
This charge ensures Kogarah Skin Cancer Centre can continue to provide you and your family with high quality healthcare while also covering the ever-increasing costs of running a business in Sydney under a Medicare freeze environment.

Dr. Vinh Truong
Dr. Vinh Truong is a Accredited Skin Cancer Doctor with the Skin Cancer College Australasia. He has a strong passion for early skin cancer diagnosis and treatment. He has practiced skin cancer medicine and surgery for more than 10 years, performing thousands of skin checks annually.
He has successfully completed a highest level of training with the College and has proven skills in extensive advanced training, including hundreds of hours of study and rigorous assessments in the diagnosis and management of skin cancer.
Dr. Vinh Truong performs excision of skin cancers with the following considerations
